Cancellations are fully refundable up to the day before your trip. We understand that travel plans change. 

Please call or email and we’ll help. 

Our lowest rental rate is for 1 week which is the same for 1-7 days and then the daily rate is added on the 8th day and on. 

For example, if a crib is $60 per week / $10 for additional days and you wanted to rent it for 3 days the price is $60 + tax.

Another example, if a stroller is $48 per week / $5 for additional days and you wanted to rent it for 10 days, it would be $48 week +$15 for 3 more days, total $63 + tax.

There is a minimum of $50 for any order.

Please check your spam folder. Our system will automatically send an Order Summary to the email that you submitted online and could be in your spam folder. 

An additional update email will be sent within 48 hours of your original order with the status of your reservation.

Yes, our prices include delivery! How cool is that!

We deliver to all major areas of Maui; including, Lahaina, Kaanapali, Kapalua, Wailea, Kihei, Ma’alaea, Kahului, Wailuku. If you want to be sure we can deliver to you please email or call and we can help.

We do not deliver to Hana.

We give priority delivery to our customers that book in advance. We have a team of reservation agents and drivers, we organize our delivery schedule and routes days ahead. If you need a same day delivery we will put the order into a slot that works for speedy and timely delivery. 

We do the bulk of our deliveries/ pick-ups from 9am – 6pm. 

Yes, our team is usually available between 9am- 4pm. It’s always preferable to call and let us know so we know to expect to see you as we might have the door closed. Seriously, we can’t always hear when people knock so please call.

There is a 20% discount if you pick and drop off the equipment so this can save you money too!

Not at this time. Maui does not allow any rental companies to deliver to the airport. 

We deliver to all the above. It makes the delivery easy and reliable if we have all the correct info such as:

  • Correct Name of Property (There are Three Westin Resorts on Maui for Example)
  • Address of Property
  • Name Room or Unit is Under for When We Deliver Equipment
  • Access Code for Condos to Put Equipment in the Unit
  • Time of Arrival & Departure

We take precautions to protect your information when you submit sensitive information via the website. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted. Our staff does not have access to encrypted sensitive information, Authorize.net protects all your data. 

If you prefer to call us with your payment info we will not keep this information.

For free delivery, the minimum order is $50.
